This application is access control application for the distribution of CBTs and other training materials across a section of users from varied departments. Each user gets to see material relevant to his department and only his department. The application can be made to take the user tuning to an extent where the users access can be password protected and the content that he or she is willing or requesting is directly available for download or online viewing. A simple database driven windows application installed across the network lets the users download the files to their local directories and access and view their relevant content. Each and every document available for the download falls under a category and subcategory so the admin can restrict the user to just the subcategory or the parent category.
